BBQ in NYC

Had an opportunity to visit Arrogant Swine. A new traditional North Carolina BBQ place on Morgan Avenue, Brooklyn. They do a whole hog barbeque that was very flavourful plus a wonderfully inventive side - Mac & Cheese waffle. It comes with a  cheese dipping sauce and sriracha on the side.
